Free easy parking, vouchers and gift wrapped presents, free consultations (in a private discreet environment), free samples.
Sole use of the salon when pre booked. robes (if required), Lunch (at extra cost unless included), group bookings.
Please avoid bringing expensive items into the salon as Oceania will not be responsible for loss of property. All Spa days must be paid for in full upon booking. If you do need to cancel 1 weeks notice is necessary, otherwise full treatment cost will be lost. Local accommodation can be arranged at competitive rates if you wish to stay over. Please ask one of our therapists for further information.
We know sometimes cancellations cannot be avoided but if less than 48 hours notice is given to cancel or reschedule an appointment we reserve the right to charge 50% treatment fee. Credit/debit card details will be taken upon booking. Multiple treatments of 2 hours and over will require 100% payment on booking.
Please advise at the time of booking if you are either pregnant or under going any medical treatment to avoid disappointment.
Try to arrive 5 minutes before your appointment time, this is your special time to unwind and relax. If it is your first visit to Oceania you will need to complete a short questionnaire including your contact details.
Please leave your mobile phone off for the duration of your visit with us, this ensures that the tranquility you all come here for is kept. If you do require it on for an emergency it can be left at reception.
Unfortunately children under 11 are unable to visit the salon. Thank you for your understanding.
We do offer the use of credit/debit card facilities but a minimum spend of £36 will be needed for all credit and debit card transactions. PLEASE NOT WE DO NOTE ACCEPT CHEQUES AS PAYMENT.
